Looking to make the neighborhood a better place?

At a recent board meeting home owners discussed the state of the economy and the importance of households chipping in their time to clean and maintain the neighborhood. Things like common sidewalk snow-blowing, repairing fallen address signs, speading common area mulch, and picking up garbage goes un-noticed, but homeowners are stepping up to save association money. These types of volunteering acts make SCHOA a better place to live.

Homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to perform improvements! If you need more helping hands, specific skills, or have a community improvement idea, please contact the board.
